Liverpool completing unreal signing would generate €232M per year for his club

Liverpool are linked with Kylian Mbappe just about everyday at the moment and the most interesting thing I've heard this week is how much money Paris Saint-Germain stand to save per year if he does leave.

Everyone already knows that Mbappe makes an ungodly amount of money in Paris but the scale of it still escapes full comprehension for us normal people.

If Liverpool or Real Madrid sign Mbappe in the summer, PSG stand to save £200 million per year, according to the Mirror.

That's just silly.

Of course, Liverpool won't pay that much. Neither will Madrid with both clubs prepared to offer him £30 million as a signing bonus as well as an unspecified salary which would be similarly massive just nowhere near the scale of what he earns with PSG.

The Ligue 1 outfit is the only club outside of the Saudi Pro League with the means and gall to pay a single player that much money.

At Liverpool, he will have to settle for much lower remuneration but it's hardly a bad second choice. Being coached by Jurgen Klopp, challenging for top honours and playing at Anfield should be enough.

It's not, Liverpool won't sign him. It's that simple.
