There are four reason why Kylian Mbappe completes Liverpool 2.0 after the Reds were named the most "credible and dangerous" threat to Real Madrid's long-term interest.

Liverpool are reportedly the “most credible and dangerous candidate” showing interest in signing Mbappe in the 2024 summer transfer window, according to a report from French news outlet Le Parisien.

Mohamed Salah is already one of the most prolific forwards in Europe but that is despite no longer having Sadio Mane to draw focus at times.

The Senegal attacker was iconic for Liverpool but he often made really selfless runs to create space for Salah. Since Mane moved to Bayern Munich, Salah has been more heavily marked than before.

Brining a player as talented as Kylian Mbappe to Liverpool would allow Salah to find more space in which to wreak havoc on the Premier League.

Mbappe, Darwin Nunez and Salah could be in any position in the front three and they would be as effective as their natural positions. That's the value of versatile, high xG attackers.

All three are excellent chance creators while Salah and Mbappe are also proven hitmen in front of goal. Nunez still has a long way to go on his way to becoming a prolific no.9 but there is no doubting his innate ability to create space and find new ways to reach the goal.
