“How can I answer that?” Jurgen Klopp unable to answer journalist’s question after Palace collapse

Despite the unfavourable outcome, Klopp described the performance as “a good game, without scoring.”

When probed by a reporter from Sky Sports about the source of the team’s current difficulties in finding the back of the net, Klopp appeared puzzled.

“Where it’s coming from? How can I answer that one 100%?” he reflected.

He hinted that the team's form might be influenced by recent performances, noting, “It’s only a few days ago that we played a bad game, so it might have something to do with that."

The German tactician further emphasised the complexity of their situation, admitting, “Actually, it was a really good game, without scoring. But it’s not that easy, unfortunately.”

As the Premier League race heats up, Liverpool's latest stumble provided Arsenal with the chance to extend their lead by three points, putting additional pressure on the Merseyside club.

However, the Gunners wasted the chance, losing 2-0 to Aston Villa which means the title race is now in the hands of Manchester City and Pep Guardiola.
