Liverpool could complete another bargain signing with reports from Italy suggesting the Reds are in the lead to sign Genoa star Morten Frendrup.

Wataru Endo joined the club in the summer for £16 million and while some fans were on the fence about him initially, he has now found his feet and is proving to be a very capable operator in the no.6 position.
