Ahead of a summer transfer window that will see his signature highly coveted, Pedro Neto is showing Premier League giants why he's the next big thing.

This season, the 23-year-old has 3 goals and 11 assists for a Wolves side that would be doing a lot worse without his talents.

Sitting in 10th, the Molineux outfit will be able to demand a massive fee.

A report from Football Transfers in mid-February claimed that Wolves want £79 million to sell Neto but this has been clarified by Fabrizio Romano.

Despite claims that Neto will cost a whopping £79M, Fabrizio Romano says that Wolves have yet to make it clear how much they will demand the in-form attacker.

His value could soar even more before the end of the season so Wolves will wait until the current campaign is over before that becomes clear.

Speaking on the Here We Go podcast, Romano said: “Wolves have not communicated any price tag for Pedro Neto but the feeling, speaking to sources, is that in the summer he is expected to join a very important club.

“He has been on the list of many clubs in recent years, a few years ago he was really appreciated by Arsenal, and then Liverpool and also other clubs started following him.”

Mohamed Salah could leave Liverpool before his contract ends in June 2025 with an exit on the cards this summer if the Reds don't reach an agreement over a new contract when the player and his agent hold talks with FSG at the end of the season.

Injured currently, the Egyptian is crucial to the future of the club but if he does leave, Liverpool should be look higher than Pedro Neto as far as his potential replacement his concerned.

The Portugal international is an exciting player but is he good enough to lead the Liverpool line? I'm not sure Neto is quite there.

As another arrow in Liverpool's quiver, Neto would be a brilliant signing but the Reds need to replace Salah with an already elite star.
