£35M Liverpool target Andre Trindade has now bid farewell to Fluminense

Andre has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool and other Premier League clubs and he has now seemingly bid farewell to Fluminense after an incredible season on a team and personal level.

The Brazilian club won the Copa Libertadores for the first time in history and Andre was a key player.

They subsequently qualified for the FIFA Club World Cup in Saudi Arabai.

With the Brazilian set to complete a transfer away from Flu, his Instagram has provided proof that he is on his way to Europe.

Over the last 24 hours, Andre posted three stories to his Insta profile with one of the images posted at an airport with a message in Portuguese.

He said "are breve Brasil" which translates to "see you later, Brazil" in English.

At this stage, it would be surprising to see him move to Anfield even if it would be a welcome addition.

Jurgen Klopp has recently sang Wataru Endo's praises but he is still on the lookout for a new no.6 to complete his 2023/24 midfield rebuild.

The German manager bid farewell to several midfielders in 2023 but acquired younger, more talented stars to form what has been fondly referred to by fans as 'Liverpool 2.0'.
