Liverpool midfielder Wataru Endo could also leave the club in a shock turn of events. Sky Sports’ Florian Plettenburg has reported that Eintracht Frankfurt have inquired about the Japanese international.
🚨🦅 Eintracht Frankfurt have enquired about Wataru #Endo. The 32y/o midfielder is a possible candidate for #SGE in the summer, but other names are also being considered. Endo is allowed to leave Liverpool, as reported.

Endo has been a key piece off the bench for Arne Slot this season. Any time he is called upon, he comes onto the field and provides defensive stability. His ability to win the ball and disrupt the opponent has been a key part of Liverpool’s plan when defending leads. The 32-year old has previously mentioned that he is happy with his role in the team:
“I don’t mind which position I play because I used to play as a defender as well,”
“I always say the thing I can do is show myself every time I have a chance and keep working hard. I’m so happy to be a part of this club and I still feel like I can do something for this club.”
The midfielder has two years left on his current deal at Anfield.
