Carvalho has flown to Germany to complete a medical, Fabrizio Romano confirms on Twitter.

The attacking midfielder will be revealed today by Leipzig once all tests and formalities are completed.

Romano reports that an agreement was reached between Liverpool and RB Leipzig over a one-year loan without a purchase option.

Liverpool want to keep the young midfielder for the future and with the opportunity to go on loan, Carvalho will be afforded far more game time than he was last season.
