Liverpool have already made some stunning transfer moves this summer, and more are in store in the coming weeks. However, the club are also set to move on a few players, and a title hero’s exit is imminent after a shock twist in the ongoing transfer window.
The Merseyside giants are working on a deal to sign Florian Wirtz, who is expected to undergo a medical this week if Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen finalise a deal for his transfer.
Liverpool have also signed Jeremie Frimpong from the German club, and are also in talks to get a deal over the line for the signature of Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez.
However, the club need more player sales in the coming days and weeks to do more incoming business, and a title hero’s exit is imminent after a twist in the transfer window.

Liverpool expect to have a new look forward line next season, and a couple of attackers are expected to be moved on in the ongoing transfer window.
Darwin Nunez has been asked to find a new club, and the striker has suitors in Spain, where Atletico Madrid are interested in signing him.
However, according to the Daily Mail, he has emerged as one of Al-Hilal’s top targets ahead of the Club World Cup starting next week.
Victor Osimhen turned down a move to Al-Hilal in the last few days, and the club are desperate to bring in a new striker before the start of the Club World Cup.
Nunez is one of the top targets, and Al-Hilal hope to finalise a deal to sign him before the window closes for a few days before the start of the tournament.
