Liverpool plot shock swap deal for Premier League attacker

Liverpool are set to win the Premier League this season. However, they do not want to lie still and are plotting to bring in several players in the summer transfer window. The Reds are plotting a potential swap to get their hands on a top attacking director.

Arne Slot wants to add youthful vigour to his attack in the next window, and are prepared to sell a number of players to fund moves for new attackers.

The Liverpool boss is pleased to have Mo Salah for two more years, albeit with certain caveats, but he wants to have a fresh forward line around the Egyptian this summer.

Luis Diaz, Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota could be sold, and the club are considering using another Red as a makeweight in a swap deal to land another attacker.

Can you name the team Liverpool signed these players from?

A sensational swap on the cards

Kaoru Mitoma has emerged as a top target for Liverpool ahead of the summer transfer window, with Brighton believed to be considering selling him.

The Seagulls want £80m before they could agree to sell the attacker in the upcoming transfer window, and Liverpool are considering options to bring down that price.

According to Sussex Express, Brighton could be interested in signing Harvey Elliott in the upcoming transfer window.

The Liverpool attacking midfielder could be sold in the summer, with the Reds believed to be ready to sell him for an offer of around £50m.

A swap deal involving the two players could allow Liverpool to sign Mitoma for a reasonable cash offer, with Elliott moving to the Amex Stadium in the upcoming months.

It remains to be seen whether such a deal will get agreed upon for the two clubs to sign players they have been keen to sign.
