Liverpool could have a whole new look attack ahead of next season.
Arne Slot is reportedly not a fan of most of the current options at the club. It is a huge reason why the Liverpool boss has made some curious decisions this season. Mohamed Salah still has not renewed his contract at Anfield, which makes him a prime candidate to leave this summer.
Luis Diaz, who scored against Fulham on Sunday, has also been linked with a move away since January. Diogo Jota looks like he will keep his place in the attack heading into next season, according to reports. Cody Gakpo is also expected to stay at the club. Federico Chiesa has his full focus on Liverpool next season.
Darwin Nunez, who lost his place as a starter this year, is subject to interest from multiple clubs, including a potential move to Saudi Arabia.

With Mohamed Salah’s future still up in the air, the reds will need to figure out how to replace the 32-year old. This season, Salah has been a goal threat as well as the team’s main creator. The Egyptian international has contributed to over 40 goals for the club in the league this season. However, in recent weeks, Salah has not been at the top of his game.
This should prompt Liverpool to focus on potential targets. The reds plan to revamp the team ahead of next season. Salah is currently still a huge question mark. Now, Liverpool need to find a replacement for him if he leaves, or someone to play alongside him if he stays.
The reds could be back in for a transfer target they were linked to last summer. Fichajes reported that Liverpool and Arsenal were huge admirers of Mohamed Kudus last year. Last week, a report from The Athletic revealed that the Ghanaian has a £85million release clause for Premier League clubs this summer. Arne Slot is a big fan of the West Ham star, and praised him when the two sides met in December. The 24-year old has played across the front three since he arrived in England, and has sometimes played in midfield – showing his versatility.
“I think he’s a good player, that’s for sure,”
“Everybody sees this. He can play multiple positions. I think he played here for Ajax against Liverpool as a nine as well.
“He’s a big threat for them.”
Kudus is having a down year this season, with just three goals and two assists in the league.
