Liverpool are almost certain to pip Arsenal to the Premier League title this season unless they suffer a catastrophic loss of form in the coming weeks. However, the Reds are not ready to rest on their laurels, and they want to break more Arsenal hearts by chasing their top summer target.
Arne Slot is set to win the title in his first season as Liverpool manager, but the Dutchman is plotting a radical reconfiguration of his forward line for next season.
Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz are all expected to be sold in the summer, with the Reds boss plotting to sign a new number 9 and a couple of young wide forwards who would be ready to step up once Mohamed Salah decides to move on.
Signing a striker is a top priority for the next transfer window, and it has been claimed that Liverpool are going after a forward who has been Arsenal’s priority choice since last summer.
Can you name the team Liverpool signed these players from?

The Reds are looking at Benjamin Sesko

The 21-year-old striker is having a stellar year at RB Leipzig, where he has scored 19 goals and registered six assists in all competitions in the ongoing campaign.
Arsenal have been interested in him since last summer, and are expected to try and get their hands on him in the next transfer window.
However, according to iNews, Liverpool are also looking at the possibility of securing a deal to take Sesko to Anfield in the summer as part of their plans.
Alexander Isak is their top target, but Newcastle United remain reluctant to sell him, and the club are now considering alternative targets for the next window.
Sesko won’t be cheap, but he fits the profile Liverpool are looking for, and the club are assessing the possibility of getting a deal done to sign him in the summer.
