Liverpool superstar’s father talks transfers ahead of the summer

However, there is speculation about the futures of several Reds stars, and one Liverpool player’s father has opened up about the possibility of his son leaving the club.

Alexis Mac Allister has been a key player in the Liverpool midfield under Slot. He has scored six times and registered four assists in all competitions this season.

He will enter the final two years of his contract at the end of the season, and there have been some rumours that he could be moved on in the summer.

However, his father, Carlos Mac Allister, has weighed in and insisted that there is no talk of the midfielder leaving Anfield in the next transfer window.

He stressed the Argentinian is happy, and is well-settled in England, and has adapted well to playing for a big club such as Liverpool.

“For now, I don’t think so. Time will tell”, he was quoted as saying by Bolavip.

“Alexis is very happy where he is. He lives in Manchester, and on the same block as Robertson Gómez, and four blocks away is Licha Martínez,” he said.

“Alexis speaks English well, understands the rules of the game, and converses with people. I think it’s been the best thing he’s done, and that’s why the adaptation was easier.”

Liverpool will likely offer the 26-year-old a new deal soon to protect his value in the market.
