Ben Doak is having an impressive season on loan at Middlesbrough and could help them get promoted to the Premier League. The winger is seen as a massive talent at Anfield, but he has now been tipped to do something that no Reds player has done in over two decades.
The 19-year-old winger is one of the brightest young prospects to come out of the Liverpool academy in recent times and is seen as someone who has a big future in the game.
He has ten goal contributions in the Championship this season at Middlesbrough, and could still become part of a promotion-winning team at the Riverside Stadium.
Doak is scheduled to return to Liverpool, but there are claims that the Reds could cash in on the Scottish winger in the summer and sell him for a considerable fee.
However, it’s his potential destination that Liverpool fans would not agree to.
Can you name the team Liverpool sold these players to?
Everton want Ben Doak, and Liverpool would be open to a deal

Everton are interested in getting their hands on the Liverpool winger this summer, and there are suggestions that a deal worth £30m could be on the cards.
The new Everton owners want to make a huge statement by snaring away a young talent from Anfield in the next transfer window.
Mick Brown, who has worked as a scout at top Premier League clubs, admitted that while Doak is a massive talent, he doesn’t see him breaking into the Liverpool team anytime soon.
He believes the Reds can make good money from his sale in the summer, and is certain that if Everton meet their asking price, they would have no problem in selling Doak to their local rivals.
“Doak is up there with the best of this group of young players at Liverpool,” he told Football Insider.
“He’s making progress at Middlesbrough and growing his reputation at that level.
“But the question for Liverpool is: is he going to break into this team in the near future?
“When you consider they’re going to be Premier League champions, you look at the options they’ve got, and you think they’re probably going to sign some new players.
“I think it’s unlikely he gets into that side, and I don’t think they believe Doak would fit in there.
“As things stand, is he going to be an improvement on what they’ve got? Probably not, so now I think they will sell and they’ll think they can make good money.
“I’d be surprised if he stays at Liverpool this summer.
“As much as it may not be ideal, I don’t think they’ll have any issues selling him to Everton if they meet their asking price.
“But they’re not the only side interested, so he will be one to watch.”
Abel Xavier became the last player to join Everton from Liverpool when the Reds sold him for £750,000 in 2002.
