Liverpool’s young starlets Harvey Elliot and Fabio Carvalho are set for regular minutes in the coming weeks and are also in line for a major award
Elliott and Carvalho find themselves as fully fledged first-team members and both will hope to see regular minutes in light of the current injury issues.
At the same time, both will have one eye on the 2022 Golden Boy Award for which both have been nominated and are still in the running.
With the Reds looking to entrust these two youngsters with regular minutes as the season goes on, fans will be excited to get a glimpse at two incredibly talented young players.

Young stars eye award
Both players have been nominated for the illustrious award that is given to the best young player in the world (U21).
The list began at 100 players but has since been reduced to 60 with candidates being reduced by 20 each month until the winner is announced at a ceremony in Turin later this year.
Leading the way are the likes of Jude Bellingham, a player Liverpool have been closely linked with, Eduardo Camavinga, Pedri and Gavi.
The last time a Liverpool player won the award was back in 2014 when Raheem Sterling was awarded the inaugural prize.

Elliot to start against Palace?
Fans will be hoping that Elliott or Carvalho will be in contention to start against Crystal Palace in the Premier League tonight.
With Naby Keita only returning to training last week, Elliott and Carvalho are much more likely to be sharper and fitter.
Having just signed a new long-term deal, Elliott seems the favourite to start in Liverpool’s midfield next to Fabinho and Jordan Henderson.
Palace are weaker than they were last season due to the loss of Conor Gallagher and in a game where Liverpool will dominate the ball for long periods at Anfield – it makes sense to give Elliot the nod here.
