A number of Barcelona supporters have been upset by comments on their strange and unconventional spending in the transfer market.
The Catalonians have splashed the cash this summer to recruit Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie.
The latter was linked with an outrageous free agent move to Anfield amid claims that he would not be registered in time for the La Liga season.
Fans across the world have been a bit confused by how the La Liga outfit continues to outspend most clubs despite widely published financial struggles.
They’re also reportedly chasing Manchester City star Bernardo Silva in an ambitious attempt to improve their midfield and attack even further.
If Barcelona can get their new attacking signings firing and settled in quickly while avoiding erratic defending that cost them last season, they could be a dangerous side under Gavi.
Liverpool have also spent considerably this summer, signing Darwin Nunez from Benfica for a club record transfer fee that could reach £85M.
Speaking on Barcelona’s transfers, Klopp told Kicke about Barcelona’s spending: “I don’t understand it.
“If you tell me I don’t have money, I don’t spend anything anymore.”

Liverpool broke character in the transfer market by spending bigger than they have ever for a single player, bringing Nunez to Anfield to replace Sadio Mane.
Mane’s absence is going to be a factor that this season is reviewed upon when next year but it depends largely on how Nunez performs.
The 23-year-old has already shown that he is a dangerous player and this was excellently showcased by how he dragged Liverpool’s xG from 0.10 to 2.3 despite being on the pitch for just 39 minutes against Fulham.
Liverpool could break their transfer policy again this summer if they defy their public stance by signing a new midfielder to come in and reinforce their engine room.
Matheus Nunes has been heavily linked with reports suggesting a bid could be on its way.
