Three Chelsea players FSG must sign as Todd Boehly must make 'major sales' by June 30

Chelsea's rivals reportedly believe the Blues must make major transfer sales by June 30 to avoid falling foul of the Premier League profit and sustainability rules.

This update comes from the Telegraph's Matt Lawson and if true, Liverpool should at the very least consider taking advantage of Todd Boehly's ill-considered decision to spend over £1 billion on transfer and loan fees since buying the London club.
