Liverpool planning for Andrew Robertson future

Andrew Robertson and Liverpool will have discussions this summer. At the end of the season, the 31-year old will have one year left on his current contract. Multiple sources around Liverpool have suggested that the reds will offer him a short extension as they value his presence in the team.
The club are also planning for the future. Liverpool are reportedly looking at two left backs to eventually replace Andrew Robertson. The reds are in contact with Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez. Kerkez is having a great season, and will be a major transfer target for a lot of big clubs in the summer. Bournemouth will reportedly be looking for around £50million for the young defender.
According to Caught Offside, Jorrel Hato is also a target for Liverpool. The Ajax defender has been heavily linked with a move to the reds, and was even in attendance to watch the club at Anfield this season. Hato can also play at center back, which will be a huge bonus for Liverpool if they decide to sign him.
Reds make major additions to the defence
Adding Jorrel Hato and Milos Kerkez in one window would be the best window for Liverpool. It covers two positions for the long term future. Even though Hato has frequently played at left back, his future will be in the center of the defence. His tall build and ability to hold the defensive line at such a young age has caught the eye of many big clubs.
Losing Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil Van Dijk would be a huge blow, but adding Hato and Kerkez would be the best way to replace them, looking at the options available.
