Liverpool are once again linked with Serbian Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic after reportedly making contact to sign him last week.
Tuttosport were the first to reintroduce the Reds’ interest in Vlahovic, claiming that Liverpool were ready to finally sign him but added that AC Milan, Juventus and Atletico Madrid were all interested.
Then, a report from Corriere dello Sport suggested that Man City and Spurs held an interest while Liverpool could enter the race to sign him at any point before a different report from the same outlet suggested Fiorentina want €75million (£64m) to sell him.
Another report from Tuttosport, cited by Paisley Gates, claimed that the Reds have been in contact with the player and have even made enquiries about signing him after talks with Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade in July.

The latest update on Liverpool’s interest in signing Dusan Vlahovic comes from Tuttomercatoweb, who cites Tuttosport as suggesting that both Manchester City and Liverpool are ‘willing to invest significant sums’ to sign him.
Juventus are supposedly in ‘in the front row’ but Liverpool and Manchester City are ‘ready’ to pounce as well and are willing to spend what it takes to convince Fiorentina to release their Serbian superstar.
After missing out on Kane, City have the more pressing need to recruit a clinical no.9 but it seems as though both clubs could sign him if they escalated their interest to the point of making an acceptable bid.
There have been no suggestions that the forward is waiting for a specific club and so it does seem likely he’d be willing to move to either Anfield or the Etihad if the chance came around.
Roberto Firmino’s form could give FSG reason to delay
