Rayan Cherki is a player Liverpool have been keeping tabs on for a while and according to French sports daily L’Equipe, they have made an enquiry for him.
Liverpool had a tentative interest in the midfielder last summer and the club are again exploring a potential deal to sign him.

Cherki was expected to leave Lyon last summer but moves to PSG and Dortmund fell through and he stayed put at the club.
The French giants were prepared to sell him for €10m in the summer but he recently signed a new deal, which has increased his value.

Liverpool are definitely interested in him but it remains to be seen whether they follow up on the enquiry by making a concrete offer for the player.
