According to journalist Sebastien Vidal, Chiesa has reached a verbal agreement over a contract with AC Milan for a summer switch to the San Siro.
The Italian winger is keen on the move, and AC Milan have now opened talks with Liverpool to secure a deal for his signature in the coming days and weeks.
