Liverpool star welcomes £103M signing that is “young and really good” – wanted by Jurgen Klopp

Jude Bellingham

Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has welcomed the potential signing of their £103M  target following strong links this summer.

The Reds have been linked with a midfield move all summer however no official moves have been made in the market.

Fans have grown impatient as they’ve seen Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Curtis Jones and Thiago all injured so far.

With strong rumours of a move for Jude Bellingham earlier this summer, Fabinho has spoken out on the potential of a player who would no doubt be a star at the club.

Fabinho’s comments on Jude Bellingham

The Reds have been linked with a move for the Dortmund midfielder, who has also attracted attention from Real Madrid, who are set to be a rival for his signature.

One of Liverpool’s midfielders has already given his blessing for a potential move for the 19-year-old star, claiming big clubs want to sign big players.

I heard about Bellingham because he is young and a really good player but he didn’t come. It is normal,” Fabinho claimed.

“Liverpool is a big club and wants to keep fighting with the best so it is normal that they will buy new players.”

Latest reports on Bellingham

There hasn’t been much movement on this transfer recently, with Jurgen Klopp happy to stick with his current options and claiming the likes of Naby Keita won’t leave this summer.

One report claimed that Liverpool are happy to let Keita leave for free next summer if it meant that Bellingham came in as the replacement.

Pundits and ex-players have claimed that Liverpool’s midfield is lacking – and that Bellingham would be the dream signing.

Reports have seen Madrid enter the race as they’ve sold Casemiro to Manchester United which could free up space for Bellingham, but the Reds will hope to secure a pre-agreement with work going on behind-the-scenes to secure his signature.
