Liverpool expect a few players to leave the club at the end of the season as they look to freshen up the title-winning squad. They are still undecided on certain stars, but one of those players has now openly talked about the possibility of moving on from Anfield this summer.
Arne Slot is not against the idea of major surgery on the squad as he is aware the club’s transfer policy is dependent on being fiscally responsible and selling well to bring in more players.
He and sporting director Richard Hughes have been formulating the club’s transfer plans over the last few months, and as many as ten players could be shown the door.
However, the club have yet to make decisions on certain young players. One of those stars has now spoken out about his uncertain future at Anfield.

Liverpool are yet to decide whether to sell certain fringe players, and Harvey Elliott is one of those stars.
The 22-year-old midfielder has struggled for game time under Slot this season, and Wolves and Newcastle United are interested in getting their hands on him.
Elliott has conceded that this season has been hard for him and indicated that he would be prepared to leave Liverpool if that’s what his career needs at this stage.
“It’s been hard with how much I’ve played. I’ve tried as hard as I could and whatever happens, happens”, the midfielder told Sky Sports.
“It’s about what’s best for my career. It’s about reflecting and seeing what I can do. I’m here at the moment and I’m focusing on the final game.”
Liverpool want to see what kind of offers they receive for him, and will likely sell if a club table a bid in the region of £50m.
