Liverpool reportedly have a huge list of targets ahead of this summer.
The club have targeted multiple players in different areas of the squad ahead of next season. Liverpool are pushing to improve the quality of the squad ahead of next season. Arne Slot has learned over this year that outside the starting line up the team lacks depth. It showed this season in two main games. Liverpool lost in the Champions League away to PSV when Klopp decided to rest nine first team players. The reds also suffered a shock exit in the FA Cup when they rotated the team against Plymouth.
Arne Slot places a lot of emphasis on keeping his squad fresh throughout the season. And so far his big calls to rest players have paid off.

Liverpool monitoring German midfielder
Since Slot arrived, he has implemented a more possession-based style. This has seen Liverpool have much more of the ball in crucial games. The style has also seen a marked improvement in the club’s midfielders. Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister have starred this season, the duo seemed to struggle last year under Jurgen Klopp.
According to Christian Falk, Liverpool have their eye on Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller. The reds have been linked with the German for a while. Stiller signed a new deal with his club, which includes a release clause reported to be around €36million which will be active in 2026. But the reds could make an early bid to sign the midfielder this summer. Liverpool want to add depth to their current midfield ahead of next season. And with Harvey Elliot reportedly unhappy with his squad role, Stiller would be a direct replacement.
The 23-year old has been likened to former Real Madrid star Toni Kroos. The two share a similar style of play with their composure on the ball. Both are also products of the Bayern Munich youth system. Current Bayern star Joshua Kimmich is a big fan of Angelo Stiller:

Angelo Stiller could be a bargain
Liverpool could be handed a bargain deal if this transfer goes through. Stiller is one of the best midfielders in Europe at his age, and showed his quality in the Champions League this season. He would be a perfect option alongside either of Ryan Gravenberch or Alexis Mac Allister in midfield.
