Liverpool want a long-term successor for Robertson while he is still at the club and they have been linked with an interest in Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool’s interest in Kerkez is real and he is being closely monitored by the Reds.
He indicated that Hughes is likely leading Liverpool’s interest in the Hungarian as he knows the player and played a part in bringing him to Bournemouth.

Liverpool are admirers of Kerkez but Romano insisted that there is still no clarity on whether Liverpool will definitely move for the unbelievable left-back in the summer.
The Reds are still deliberating over their options and will monitor all targets for the next few months before taking a call on identifying a top target.
Kerkez is on Liverpool’s radar but he has also been linked with a summer switch to Manchester United.
