Karim Adeyemi has been linked with Liverpool yet again, with French news outlet le10Sport claiming that the Reds are competing for his signature.
Just yesterday, Anfield Central covered news from Sport1 journalist Patrick Berger, who claims that the forward wants to move to Germany.
He wrote on Twitter: “Karim Adeyemi keen to leave RB Salzburg in summer 2022. A decision where he will go is going to be made in winter.
“Asking price of RB is €30m-„35m. #BVB coach Marco Rose is a big fan. Also Liverpool interested. But the 19 yo attacker prefers a move to Germany.”
Now, le10Sport, cited by Milan Live, claim that Liverpool, Inter Milan, Barcelona, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are all keen on signing the young forward.
Adeyemi shining in Europe
Barca, led by Joan Laporta, are said to be showing the most interest currently but Liverpool would be silly to not pursue Adeyemi based purely on his showings in the Champions League this season.
So far he has won four penalties in Europe and has scored two goals while grabbing an assist in the opening two games of the 2021/22 Champions League season.

What has impressed me more than his end product – which totals 11 goals and two assists in all competitions – is his 1 v 1 dribbling ability.
It’s what has helped him win so many penalties and it’s something that the Reds could use more of.
Where would he fit in at Liverpool?
FSG and Michael Edwards have excelled in the transfer market by signing players as they’re approaching their best years and while Adeyemi is still very young, he has the ability to contribute to Liverpool’s attack.
Sadio Mane is in great form but there have been suggestions over the last 12 months that he’s slowly declining and signing Adeyemi would mean Jurgen Klopp would recruit a player capable of being the future of his attack.
