Liverpool will lift the Premier League title at Anfield later today, but work is already underway to ensure this success can be sustained next season. The club have moved quickly to finalise the arrival of new signings, and a third new face is set to join the Reds soon.
Sporting director Richard Hughes has moved like a gazelle even before the transfer window has opened, and is close to confirming two new arrivals.
Jeremie Frimpong will soon join Liverpool, and the club have made serious progress in a deal to sign Florian Wirtz, who has snubbed interest from Manchester City and Bayern Munich to agree to a move to Anfield.
However, it has been claimed that Liverpool are close to working out a deal to sign a third new signing even before the transfer window officially opens next month.

The Reds have a broad agreement to sign Milos Kerkez

Milos Kerkez has been Liverpool’s top target for months, and despite Manchester City’s interest in him, the defender is expected to move to Anfield this summer.
The Hungarian has approved the move, and Liverpool have also thrashed out personal terms on a contract with his representatives over a five-year contract.
According to TEAMTalk, there has been progress in negotiations between the Reds and Bournemouth as well, over agreeing on a fee.
A broad agreement is in place between the two clubs, and Liverpool have agreed to pay a fee of around £42m for Kerkez.
However, the two clubs are still haggling over payment. While Liverpool are keen to structure the fee with bonuses, Bournemouth want the full amount to be guaranteed upfront.
But the two clubs are expected to finalise an agreement as Kerkez wants the move, and the Cherries are not interested in blocking the transfer.
