Liverpool agree blockbuster swap to sign elite £63m striker

Liverpool are making major moves this summer, with reports claiming the club has agreed to a blockbuster swap deal to sign an elite striker. With Arne Slot keen to reshape his forward line, this bold transfer could be a game-changer at Anfield — and the identity of the player heading the other way will spark major fan debate.

The Merseyside giants are in the market for a number 9, and the club are still making moves to try and secure a top striker to transform Arne Slot’s attack.

They are set to spend a British record transfer fee for Florian Wirtz, but the club have enough fuel in the tank to fork out a massive sum for a top number 9 this summer.

Liverpool are prepared to get creative to land that top number 9, and the club are ready to offer a player swap as part of a deal to sign an elite striker from a top European club in the ongoing transfer window.

Liverpool plot swap deal  to sign elite striker

Liverpool have finally got involved in the race to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in the ongoing transfer window.

The forward will leave Napoli this summer, but backed out of a move to Saudi Arabia after all aspects of the deal were agreed upon between the clubs and his representatives.

The Reds have become the ninth club to get involved in the race to sign Osimhen, but they have an ace up their sleeve.

According to TEAMTalk, Liverpool are ready to let Federico Chiesa join Napoli as part of a swap that would see Osimhen arrive on Merseyside.

Napoli are already interested in the Italy winger, and it would allow Liverpool to lower the £63m asking price for the striker.

He is not the top priority for Arne Slot, and his wage demands are an issue, but Liverpool are seriously considering signing the Nigerian this summer.
