Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has slammed the scheduling of the World Cup in Qatar by FIFA ahead of the new season
The Reds travel to Fulham on the opening weekend of the Premier League and will be hoping for a winning start against the newly-promoted side.
Klopp was quick to turn his attention to the FIFA scheduling ahead of the season which has drawn massive criticism from around the sporting and non-sporting world.
With the World Cup running from the end of November to the middle of December – there will be major effects on the players both before and after the tournament – both physically and mentally which has left Klopp angered.

The World Cup will take place between 21 November to 18 December 2022 and it will be the first WC held in an Arab nation.
