Liverpool defender feels the Merseyside club will be full of positive energy while taking the field against Manchester United. The club will be resuming Premier League football tomorrow against their bitter rivals.
After suffering three consecutive defeats the Reds will be raring to get things back in groove. The losses included two in the Premier League against Crystal Palace and Chelsea.
From a five-point lead the defending Champions slipped down to second behind Arsenal by a solitary point. The defeats though were all away from home and the players will find comfort among the Anfield faithful on Sunday.

Liverpool ‘full of positive energy’

Milos Kerkez arrived at Liverpool during the summer from Bournemouth for a fee of £40m. Speaking to the club website, the Hungarian is, ‘looking forward’ to the game.
“Obviously it’s a big game, it means everything for the club, obviously, to win. So, we’re preparing, everyone is really with a lot of positive energy back”, he stated.
Additionally the spate of good performances and wins with their respective national teams will bring an uplifting environment at Anfield.
“I always feel different when I’m playing in Anfield, to be honest – I get a lot of energy and I’m not really feeling too tired with the adrenaline, so I’m looking forward to it”, clearly feeling excited to take part in such a big game.
Man United’s 100th match at Anfield
This will be Manchester United’s 100th fixture at Anfield. Club captain Virgil Van Djik described the game as a difficult one. Kerkez though feels ready to ‘turn things around’.
“Everyone is in shape, so yeah, I saw everyone back with full energy and full focus and we are really ready to turn things around,”, the 21-year old added.
“A couple of weeks ago I was looking forward to the Everton game and obviously now this one means a lot to win, and means a lot to us to get back on the three points way. So, we need to prepare good for the game,”, a focused Kerkez explained before his first North-West Derby.
