Cristhian Mosquera has been putting in consistent performances for Valencia this season and many believe he could be the next big sale for the club.
He has attracted the prying eyes of clubs across Europe and according to Fichajes, Liverpool are amongst the clubs who are interested in snapping up the 20-year-old centre-back.
Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid also consider him as a solid bet for the medium and the long term and are keen to get their hands on him.
Mosquera has less than two years left on his contract and is expected to leave Valencia next summer when he will be in the final year of his deal.
Valencia’s financial reality is tight and they could be forced to sell him for somewhere around €30m at the end of the season.
Liverpool already built a strong relationship with Valencia in the summer when they negotiated the purchase of Giorgi Mamardashvili who will join the Reds next year.
The Reds will hope to leverage that prior relationship to get a heads-up over other clubs in the pursuit of Mosquera.
