Club CEO talks finances for top target

Bayer Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz is expected to spark an arms race for his signature in the summer with Liverpool, Manchester City and Real Madrid chasing him.
However, Bayern Munich are the ones who seem desperate to get their hands on him and are prepared to go into debt to finance a move for Wirtz in the next window.
Bayer Leverkusen want a fee of £130m, and coupled with the German’s wage demands, the whole package is expected to be eye-wateringly expensive.
However, Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen has claimed that the German giants have enough money in the locker to sign their top targets in the summer.
“There is enough money”, Dreesen was quoted as saying by Fussball Transfers.
“And it will be enough for whoever it might be.”
Wirtz has yet to decide whether he wants to leave Leverkusen, and there is a chance he might spend one more season at the club.
