Cole Palmer has been one of the most consistent attacking players over the last couple of seasons and is considered the most important player in the Chelsea squad.
His performances have attracted jealous glances from other Premier League clubs who could have signed him in 2023 when Chelsea got him from Manchester City.
It emerged recently that Liverpool are considering making an ambitious move to sign Palmer, and has been sniffing around him ahead of the summer window.

Chelsea take a hardline stance on Cole Palmer
Liverpool’s interest in Palmer seems ridiculous given Chelsea are unlikely to want to sell him to one of their biggest Premier League rivals in the summer.
However, with Chelsea in danger of missing out on Champions League football for the second season running, there is a chance that the forward’s head could be turned.
However, journalist Graeme Bailey insisted that Chelsea have no intention of selling him, and Palmer is ready to knuckle down ahead of more competition for his place in the team next season.
The Blues will move on several players, but the Liverpool target is not one of the stars earmarked for a sale.
“Likewise, Chelsea have absolutely no intention of letting Palmer go”, Bailey told TBR Football.
“They don’t feel he’s a million miles away, and he’s aware of that.
“Even with the likes of Kendry Paez and Willian Estevao set to arrive at Chelsea, Palmer knows he needs to step up, and his people say he’s ready to do so.
“Chelsea will be active in terms of outgoings, but Palmer isn’t one of those who’ll be cast aside.”
