According to Manu Heredia, Jurgen Klopp is already fed up with Arthur and does not believe he is at the level required. He also said that Liverpool are already trying to cut the loan deal short in January.

However, those rumours have been debunked and instead, reveal some very positive insights. Spanish journalist, Guillem Balague, has revealed that Liverpool actually have no intention of terminating the loan early.
The coaching staff at Liverpool are still assessing him and have congratulated him on his understanding of the system and his quality. He is even working on an individualised plan to help him catch up and adapt.

Ballague said, βHe decided to ignore days off to keep working as he knows he still has got [to] catch up with demands.
βHeβs working on an individualised fitness plan to get him up to speed because he didnβt have a regular pre-season. Pretty standard stuff considering the lack of match fitness.β
Determined to make the World Cup
Arthur certainly sounds like he’s determined to make an impact during his time at Liverpool. He needs to hit the ground running as soon as possible if he wants his name on the Brazilian squad list for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
He was once a key player for his international side, playing all but one game during Brazil’s Copa America triumph in 2019. However, he wasn’t even selected for the squad for the 2021 Copa America.
Arthur definitely has the potential to be a very good signing. He was once one of the most exciting midfield prospects in Europe, earning a big money move to Barcelona. He proved to be an accurate passer and was very strong going forward and stopping attacks.

Since 2019, he has only played for Brazil twice and needs a good start on Merseyside to turn things around. He’s only played 13 minutes since arriving and will face competition from Thiago, Harvey Elliott, and a returning Jordan Henderson for a starting spot.
Arthur has the potential to turn things around, he just needs a chance to show it. The 26-year-old now has until October to get up to speed and try to get a start for Liverpool’s next match against Brighton.
