Aleksandar Mitrovic has added more fuel to the fire suggesting that Fabio Carvalho will soon be on his way to Liverpool.
The 19-year-old himself seemed to hint at a move to Anfield on Monday night when he was interviewed by Sky Sports.
Interviewer:
“So are you off to Liverpool now?”
Carvalho:
*massive smile* “Yeah we will see what happens won’t we.”

He scored another goal for Fulham, taking his tally to 11 for the season.
Carvalho has been a terrific partner for Mitrovic at times this season as the Serb scored an outrageous 43 goals for the Cottagers.
Speaking after the game, Mitrovic dedicated his Man of the Match award to Carvalho and dropped another hint that he’s on his way to Liverpool this summer.
He said: “I want to give the award to Fabio. We all know what is happening next season. He’s been special.”

Last week, Fabrizio Romano and Football Insider reported that Liverpool have completed all the necessary formalities to sign Carvalho.
Fabrizio Romano reported in early April that the club has “decided to announce Fabio Carvalho’s signing in the coming weeks to respect Fulham, their fans and player still focused on Championship.”
He added: “The negotiation is 100% completed, as exclusively reported last Thursday. No chance for other clubs to hijack the deal.”
Then, Football Insider corroborated the story, reporting that Liverpool have plans to announce the 19-year-old’s move to Anfield “within weeks”.
Personal terms have been agreed after a medical was completed while a £5m compensation fee has been agreed on with Fulham.
His goal against Luton Town on Monday evening is a perfect example of the quality he has and highlights why Liverpool are interested in signing him this summer.

While Carvalho is obviously blessed with natural talent, he will also need his impressive work ethic to break into the Liverpool side.
Pre-season will be key to impress Klopp and co. even further and with the likes of Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Thiago, Naby Keita and co. ahead of him in the pecking order, he’s got his work cut out for him.
