Liverpool are on the cusp of winning the Premier League title. However, there are expected to be several changes to the squad over the summer. Arne Slot is pushing for an aggressive shake-up of the team, which would involve both incomings and outgoings.
Slot is set to deliver the record-equalling 20th top-flight title to Liverpool in his first season as Reds manager. However, he wants his own stamp on the squad ahead of next season.
The Liverpool manager wants to reconfigure the attack and bring in younger defenders who could be long-term replacements for Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson in the summer.
However, Liverpool are also expecting several departures, and one such star is closing in on finalising his exit from Anfield in the coming days and weeks.
Can you name the team Liverpool signed these players from?

A player is set to finalise his exit from Anfield soon

Trent Alexander-Arnold has not signed a new contract with Liverpool and is almost certain to leave the Reds on a free transfer in the summer window.
Real Madrid have been trying to convince him to move to Spain in the last year, and have been sure about signing him since March.
No announcement has been made, but Fabrizio Romano has claimed that the defender’s representatives are in final talks with Real Madrid before he finalises his move to Spain.
The player won’t be doing a U-turn, and he is almost certain to wear the Real Madrid white next season after ditching the red of Liverpool.
“The agreement between Trent Alexander-Arnold and Real Madrid is yet to be completed in terms of signing the contract, but verbally it is at the final stages”, the journalist said on his YouTube channel.
Liverpool are expected to sign a top replacement for Alexander-Arnold, with Nottingham Forest’s Ola Aina on their radar.
