Two of Liverpool’s young academy stars will be part of the first-team squad that will travel to Manchester to face United tonight.
With injuries to key players across the pitch, it’s no surprise that some of the bench will be made up of young talented academy players.
Especially in midfield given that Thiago, Curtis Jones and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are all injured and the Reds are slightly short in that part of the pitch.
Stefan Bajcetic and Bobby Clark have both impressed at youth level and get their chance tonight as part of the first-team squad.

Young stars get chance
Both players came off at half-time at the weekend of the U21’s match against Blackburn and will be involved tonight in the squad.
Bajcetic, 17, impressed in pre-season and put pen to paper over a new deal this summer and is certainly one to watch for the future.
Clark, also 17, is a forward and comes in to help fill the void after Darwin Nunez’s red card last time out and Diogo Jota’s hamstring issue.
Both got minutes in pre-season and are both highly thought of by Klopp. If Liverpool can kill the game early, which is possible against a poor United side, then they may be able to give some minutes to these talented young players.

Liverpool vs United – potentially another classic
This is a huge game for Liverpool given they are yet to win and that United are currently rooted at the bottom of the PL table – it’s a perfect chance to add to their long-time rival’s misery.
United’s shocking start could be compounded by another Liverpool victory – they managed a nine-nil aggregate win last season.
With the Reds suffering back-to-back draws, this is the perfect chance to kickstart their season as a win puts them only two points behind rivals Manchester City.
Tonight potentially could be another PL classic, with the likes of Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah ready to feast on a nervy United defence.
