Looks like Liverpool have signed Tarzan

Liverpool forward posted on Instagram yesterday, revealing an image of him in pre-season tour holding a fish and showing off his lean physique and tattoos.

Supporters cannot wait to get a glimpse of the Uruguayan in competitive action after he scored four goals in Liverpool’s most recent friendly.

The new signing tore through RB Leipzig, showcasing his movement and finishing in a 5-0 win.

Last season, he scored 34 goals and so fans are expecting a goal fest this season from a front three featuring Luis Diaz, Mohamed Salah and co.

The Reds will be desperate to bounce back from narrowly missing out on the Champions League and Premier League last season.

With Fabio Carvalho and Calvin Ramsay also sprucing the squad up, Jurgen Klopp has the tools he needs to guide Liverpool through another historic season.

Nunez and his adaptation to the Premier League will be a key theme for the new season but with the support and lack of pressure from the Reds hierarchy, I’m not worried at all.
