Liverpool can finally sign £120k/week ace with €40million bid after holding talks in the summer over personal terms

Liverpool are interested in signing Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans and are said to be ready to offer €40million to sign the Belgian after holding talks last summer over personal terms which were apparently not an issue for the Reds.

He was a target in the summer for the Reds but nothing materialised and he stayed at the King Power Stadium and Liverpool didn't sign a replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum.

It's a decision that Jurgen Klopp has been forced to defend countless times in his pressers but it's one that I don't think the German actually believes was the right choice.
