Liverpool have reportedly sent scouts on a number of occasions to watch one of their star targets in La Liga.
The Reds have scouted incredibly well in recent years, unearthing gems who have gone on to become world-class players.
Now they’ve reportedly got their eye on La Liga’s newest young star in Villarreal’s Yeremi Pino.
He’s starred in the last few seasons as a young player and Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool are reportedly huge admirers of the 19-year-old.

Latest reports on Yeremi Pino, who “will have to leave”
According to Villarreal manager, Unai Emery, Yeremy Pino “will have to leave” as the cash-strapped club looks for sales.
Speaking to the media, he said: “If an offer arrives for players like Yeremy Pino, then he will have to leave. We have a responsibility with the club. It is what it is.”
As per Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool have sent scouts to watch the Spanish international ‘many times’ in the past year.
Speaking on his Here We Go podcast, the Italian reporter said: “Many questions on Yeremi Pino. We have many rumours, it’s one of many players followed by Arsenal, but also by other clubs.
“For example, I am told that Chelsea have been tracking Yeremi Pino and now they are on [Anthony] Gordon.
“Pino is a player they have been watching for a long time,” said Romano, before reporting on Liverpool’s hopes of signing him.

“Liverpool have sent scouts to watch Pino many, many times in the past year. Top English clubs have been following him.”
Perhaps they were there watching when Pino scored four goals against Espanyol in La Liga – a true breakout game for the young star who produced a devastating performance to become the first player in Villarreal history to score four in a league game.
Spanish reports claim Yeremi Pino could “end up in the Premier League by the end of the window” but will it be Gunners or the Reds who sign him?
According to Spanish journalist Xavi Jorquera Márquez, Liverpool and Arsenal have already put a €40M (£33.8M) bid “on the table” for Villarreal wonderkid Pino.
Márquez tweeted: “Villarreal have received two offers from two Premier League teams for Yeremy Pino. Those clubs are Arsenal and Liverpool.
“Both have put €40M (£33.8M) on the table. Villarreal asks €60M (£50.7M).”
It’s difficult to see Liverpool sign a forward despite currently refusing to sign a new midfielder in the face of an injury crisis.
What is clear is that his future lies away from Villarreal, even if it’s not this summer.

What makes him special?
Other than scoring four goals in one game, Pino has impressed for club and country as a skilful and fast winger who is comfortable playing in a number of advanced positions.
Despite typically being a right-sided attacker, his technical ability lends itself to any number of attacking areas which would aid Liverpool’s fluid attack quite nicely.
He’s more a player to be appreciated on the eye, as at 19 his output is still what you would expect from a young, blossoming player.
But he’s learning and he’s learning fast – and a move to a bigger club is definitely calling.
