Liverpool have made contact again with Fiorentina for Dusan Vlahovic and they could make life tough for Spurs.
Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that Liverpool are in talks with Vlahovic’s entourage over a move to Merseyside.
They claim that Juventus are interested in signing the Serbian but are paying close attention to Atletico, AC Milan and Liverpool as they have all opened talks with his agent.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, La Gazzetta dello Sport said that Spurs have submitted a €40million (£35m) bid for the Fiorentina hitman.
If this is true, it would suggest they are preparing to sell Harry Kane, who Manchester City made a £100m bid for in June, according to Sky Sports.
We reported that a phone call was held with sporting director Daniele Prade as Liverpool explored the possibility of signing Dusan Vlahovic.
The Reds believe their €60m valuation is far too high for a player that has only one season with over 20 league goals and want to find a way to agree an ‘achievable payment package.’
The trail since went cold and we have heard precious little since and Liverpool have increased their interest in Donyell Malen.

Of course, as we reported on Friday evening, the Reds are struggling to generate the funds necessary to compete with Borussia Dortmund for the Dutch forward’s signature.
BVB have agreed on personal terms with Malen but the Reds have told the player and Mino Raiola that they would be prepared to match the circa €100,000 per week offer made to the 22-year-old.
If La Gazzetta dello Sport are right, however, and Liverpool are back in talks with Fiorentina and Daniel Prade, there must be some breakthrough on Michael Edwards’ end.
The only reason I say this is because Donyell Malen is the perfect target for Liverpool this summer in terms of talent, price, age and his ability to slot into the squad with minimal fuss.

He won’t demand a huge wage as he wants €100,000 per week which is roughly £85,000 before tax.
That’s a bit more than the Reds normally pay for back up players but with Roberto Firmino isn’t getting any younger and it wouldn’t be too long before he would be a regular starter.
With that in mind, unless Fiorentina are willing to accept a massive discount on their previously quoted asking price of €60m or they are open to an inventive payment structure, Vlahovic moving to Anfield makes very little sense.
