Liverpool are in the midst of an injury crisis as they move into the second week of the season with 10 injuries to first-team players.
The Reds began their Premier League campaign with a 2-2 draw away at the newly-promoted Fulham over the weekend.
Thiago was the latest player to come off injured which now makes 10 first-team injuries.
Fans are starting to become slightly tense over the thought of a repeat of the 2020/21 season of injuries.
Klopp on new signings for Liverpool: “We have too many injuries, that's true, but in the moment nothing has changed. We can’t solve problems we have with a transfer”. 🚨 #LFC

Latest injury news
Ahead of Liverpool’s next game against Crystal Palace next Monday, the Reds are in a precarious position with injuries:
Thiago
Beginning with Thiago: “It’s not good, but we will see,” said Klopp after Thiago had been forced off at Fulham.
The Spaniard underwent a scan on Sunday, and Liverpool hope to have caught the injury early, meaning a couple of weeks out, as opposed to four or more.
He missed 14 games in his first season and 13 last year and it seems likely that will be the case once again.

Naby Keita
Finally, some good news for Liverpool fans – Naby Keita looks set to return to the squad having trained over the weekend.
He missed the game against Fulham due to an illness and will be back in contention for the next game.
The midfielder currently is in the final year of his deal and will need to perform and stay fit to convince the club to renew his deal.
Keita returns just as Thiago is laid off, it’s like clockwork between these two!

Curtis Jones
Having featured heavily in pre-season, Jones looked set for more minutes this season.
However, he featured in the Community Shield win over Manchester City for only a couple of minutes before having to come off due to a stress fracture.
It’s likely he will remain out for another few weeks with the injury – not a serious one.
🚨 NEW: Curtis Jones is currently wearing a protective boot – a matter of routine at Liverpool as a precaution – and while the issue is not thought to be major, the injury is still to be properly assessed. #lfc [liverpool echo]

Ibrahima Konate
The fan favourite has suffered a freak knee injury which is set to keep him out for at least a month.
It was sustained in the pre-season friendly loss to Strasbourg.
Klopp has decided to keep Nathaniel Phillips around the squad for now as cover for the remaining Liverpool centre back’s.
Liverpool have confirmed that Ibou Konate will miss the start of the season with a knee injury he sustained against Strasbourg.

Diogo Jota
The frontman suffered a repeat hamstring injury that occurred in the pre-season.
He had tweaked his hamstring a month prior to pre-season starting on international duty with Portugal but just as he returned to full sessions in Asia, he tweaked a similar injury.
Jota will be eased back to full fitness and a September return looks likely.
Liverpool would be wise to look for a midfield piece to sign before the window closes.
With this many injuries, could be good to bring someone in on a year long loan that can at least provide decent depth.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
His Liverpool career has already been full of injuries and he suffered another one in pre-season against Crystal Palace.
The midfielder suffered a hamstring issue which is set to keep him out for up to two months.
He’s also in the final year of his deal and will need to stay fit to convince the club to renew his deal.
Kostas Tsimikas
Another player on the comeback trail, Tsimikas will be back in contention for the Palace game after a small issue.

Caoimhin Kelleher
The backup keeper has been out of action since pre-season and his absence saw third-choice keeper Adrian start in the Community Shield victory.
Klopp claims the keeper is only “two or three weeks” away from returning.
Calvin Ramsay
We haven’t seen the summer signing in action yet due to an unspecified issue.
He could be back in action soon but might have to build up his fitness in the U21/U23s.
Kaide Gordon
The youngster will have a similar comeback trail with Ramsey – its likely he’ll feature in those youth teams in the coming weeks.
