With the transfer deadline drawing near, fantasy managers everywhere prepare to make last-minute changes to their squads.
While some will have this thought through and sorted early on in the week, others will be scrambling to make their decisions.
Whether you are waiting for any last-minute injuries and transfer news, or you have simply forgotten, there are two Liverpool players you should consider.
Popular players to AVOID this week
While most FPL players will usually have either of the Liverpool full-backs in their side, I would advise against this for the upcoming fixture.
Failing to keep a clean sheet or register an assist between them, Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold have struggled so far this season.
Due to a transfer limit being in place, it makes sense to keep the latter in your side if it is absolutely necessary.
An away game against Manchester United is a difficult one to predict.
Both sides have really struggled this season with Liverpool drawing both games and Manchester United losing both of theirs.
With neither side covering themselves in glory in defence, I would avoid Robertson, Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk.
These are normally very popular selections due to Liverpool previously keeping a lot of clean sheets as well as their ability to contribute in attack.
It may also be stating the obvious but, Darwin Núñez should be immediately transferred out for the next 3 games at least.
Liverpool stars to get into your side
In a previous article, it was made very clear that Mohamed Salah should be a no-brainer for FPL managers.
The Egyptian proved his worth during the curtain raiser if the season as he both scored and assisted.
Despite struggling against Crystal Palace on Monday, it would be nonsensical to remove Salah for this.
Salah netted a hat-trick at Old Trafford last season and I would not bet against him netting at least one goal contribution.
While the sensible tactic is normally to captain Salah due to his goal-scoring record, I would avoid doing so this week.
There are players with much easier-looking fixtures on paper and Liverpool’s form has been questionable.
The other Liverpool forward I would consider bringing in would be Luis Díaz.
While this is more of a risk than Salah, it could be the right time to get him in before his price rises.
Diaz has been somewhat inconsistent in front of goal since arriving at Anfield in January.
However, the Colombian was extremely unlucky not to get on the scoresheet against Fulham as he hit the post and had a goal ruled out.
The tricky winger rescued a point against Crystal Palace with a wonderful solo goal.
Far from being the finished product in terms of goal scoring, I wonder if this may be the confidence boost Díaz needed.
Will you be sticking by the Liverpool players through the rough patch or will you be looking elsewhere?
