A Liverpool fan has revealed on social media that the club has invited him to watch a game at Anfield following the attacks on fans prior to the UEFA Champions League final in Paris.
The scenes prior to the game saw officials and security terrorise Liverpool fans, threatening them both verbally and physically in a shocking turn of events.
Reports claim that the Police were “aggressive, provocative and prejudiced against Liverpool supporters” from the moment Liverpool fans touched down in Paris.
Liverpool fan Simon Brundish tweeted out the letter sent by the club offering him two complimentary tickets to the friendly against Strasbourg at the end of the month.

The scenes outside of the Stade de France saw Liverpool fans traumatised following attacks by police with teargas and pepper spray and gangs of local muggers and pickpockets.
Children attending the game were “distressed and traumatised” and feared for their lives.
Brundish attended the game with his child and was caught up in the chaos, like many other Liverpool fans.
Jurgen Klopp has criticised the authorities that initially blamed Liverpool fans for issues around the Champions League final in Paris.
He also questioned the condensed winter fixture list that surrounds this year's World Cup in Qatar.

He tweeted a few days after calling it ‘one of the most emotional weeks of his life’ – a sentiment shared by the many who made the trip to Paris.
The gesture by the club has been well received on Twitter with many calling it a touch of class.
However, there are still calls from fans to ask UEFA to do more in terms of compensation for the chaos experienced by the travelling fans.
