Liverpool could complete Jude Bellingham signing with cash plus Naby Keita offer – would be the signing of the summer

Naby Keita

Liverpool could offer one of their unhappy players plus cash in exchange to sign a generational superstar who’s worth up to £103M.

Jurgen Klopp had initially ruled them out of doing any more business but a long list of injuries may force their hand in the market.

Injuries to at least four central midfielders have left them shaken in midfield and fans are demanding a new midfielder if they have any hope of catching Manchester City.

The latest reports paint an interesting picture seeing as Naby Keita is currently unhappy at Liverpool and is wanted by Borussia Dortmund – whilst Liverpool have been linked with Jude Bellingham. Perhaps a deal can be made to satisfy both parties.

Latest reports on Keita and Bellingham

Liverpool may be in the market for a potential swap deal as Dortmund are reportedly interested in Keita, valued at £22M, which Liverpool could take advantage of as they try to secure Bellingham.

According to David Maddock at the Mirror Sport, Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Naby Keita. Any money received could be used to find a replacement.

He claims another option could be Moises Caceido at Brighton. He fits the profile in terms of age and numbers – ‘a player of incredible promise’.

Keita is unhappy over his contract extension as talks have reportedly stopped. He was also in training all week before the Manchester United game only to be announced as unavailable at the very last minute.

The Reds have been linked with Bellingham but will face stiff competition from Real Madrid who have just raised funds and squad space by selling Casimero to United. Although Bellingham is ‘expected’ to join Liverpool next summer, according to the Daily Mail.

Caicedo, 20, has impressed so far this season with Brighton and could be a late target in the window. He only earns £3k-a week as it stands and they could move for someone who is a more realistic signing this summer.
