Liverpool have all but completed the signing of teenage goalkeeper Samuel Martinez, with Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg confirming the deal is effectively done.
Plettenberg, a widely respected figure in European football transfer reporting, shared the update on X, outlining the remaining steps before the move becomes official.
Martinez must first complete the visa process before travelling to England, where he will undergo his medical examinations at the club’s facilities.
