Liverpool have received a major boost ahead of the summer transfer window as a key player has made it clear that he is not considering moving out of Anfield despite suggestions that he could seek a loan exit to confirm regular football for him next season.
The Reds have shown real ambition in the market ahead of the next window, and are now working on an ambitious deal to sign Florian Wirtz in the summer.
However, Liverpool are also aware that their squad planning needs to be close to perfect as Arne Slot wants to compete for all major honours after winning the Premier League this season.
The club now have more clarity on the make-up of their squad next season after a major player insisted that he is not looking to leave the club this summer.

The Reds can feel calm after a star man rules out a summer exit

Liverpool signed Giorgi Mamardashvili last summer from Valencia and kept him on loan at the Spanish club for one more season.
Caoimhin Kelleher’s impending exit means Mamardashvili has a spot in the squad for next season, but there were suggestions that he would not arrive this summer if not guaranteed to be their number one.
However, the Georgian goalkeeper has claimed that he has no plans for another loan move in the summer transfer window, and he will be at Liverpool next season.
He is prepared to work hard in training and believes working with Alisson Becker will make him a better goalkeeper.
“I’m not considering another loan move. I’ll spend next season at Liverpool”, Mamardashvili was quoted as saying by Fussball Transfers.
“I’ll go to Liverpool and give it my all, just like I did in Valencia. I’ll work hard every day, and training with Alisson will help me do that.”
