Liverpool manager Arne Slot is pushing for a squad revamp, and several new players are expected to come in over the summer transfer window. However, the Reds will also need to raise funds from player sales, and the club are eyeing a big fee from the departure of a top attacker.
Slot is looking to reconfigure the Liverpool attack next season. He wants to end the team’s overdependence on Mo Salah to score the goals, and wants a more holistic forward line around the Egyptian.
The Liverpool manager is prepared to move on several of the squad’s top forwards to make way for new signings to come in during the summer transfer window.
Darwin Nunez is expected to move on, but Liverpool are looking to bring in good money from the sale of another top forward in the coming months.

The Reds eye ‘sizable fee’ from star’s departure

Luis Diaz has been a pivotal player for Liverpool this season and is the forward who has played the most minutes under Arne Slot, barring Salah.
However, his future at Liverpool is under the scanner, and the winger has been heavily linked with a move to Saudi Arabia in the summer transfer window.
According to TEAMTalk, there is a concrete possibility that the forward could be sold in the next window.
He has two years left on his contract, and if Diaz refuses to sign a new deal, the Merseyside giants believe they can get a sizable fee from his departure in the summer.
At 28, he is seen as a player who could bring in a good fee in the upcoming window, and could be replaced by a younger forward.
After Nunez, Diaz could be the second Liverpool forward who could move to Saudi Arabia this summer.
