Real Madrid want to poach Liverpool targets worth combined £150M - Klopp signing both would complete Reds' squad

A report from Spain states that Liverpool are being challenged for two transfer targets as Real Madrid eye 2023 moves for Jude Bellingham and teenager Endrick.

The Reds are unlikely to make any new signings this summer as things stand but they are already putting in the work required ahead of next year's transfer window.

Liverpool wanted to sign Aurelien Tchouameni but Madrid bullied their way to his signature and want to repeat it again next summer by signing Borussia Dortmund's Bellingham.

Los Blancos can already call on Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Casemiro, Federico Valverde, Eduardo Camavinga, Tchouameni, Lucas Vazquez and Dani Ceballos.

But then again, when has the La Liga outfit ever let an abundance of options stop them from going after the next Galactico?

They also want Endrick, who is a target of Liverpool's according to reports, but recent reports state the Reds are turning to Santos' starlet Marcus Leonardo.

The Liverpool Echo sites Spanish outlet El Periodico as claiming that Real Madrid are going to go all out to sign Bellingham next summer.

The competition for his signature will be fierce with Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Bayern Munich all desperate to win the race.

Adding Bellingham to this Liverpool squad would take them to a level that only a player of his ability could.

The 19-year-old has the physicality, technical ability and winning mentality required to become a starter for Jurgen Klopp.

What has impressed me about Bellingham in the last week is his incredible maturity and humility.

In an interview, the midfielder said: "You can have all the money you want from playing football, you can buy whatever you want, but being appreciated for creating so many memories for so many people.

"That's the thing that motivates me in football."
