Luis Diaz is a Liverpool player. That much is difficult to hide. The last few days have seen the Colombian's name used more on social media than it likely ever has and that's not meant to be disrespectful at all.

That's simply what happens when you move from Porto to Liverpool. You go from being an exciting player to being watched by players, pundits, journalists and fans from every corner of the globe.

Luis Diaz is now a global name and the obsession with him has already started with fans on social media already tweeting Liverpool begging for him to be announced as the club's latest player.

That said, with the first part of his medical complete and the contract signed as reported by Fabrizio Romano, an announcement isn't far off now.
